The Snuff on Sinus Issues

NEEDS TO BE POLISHED UP AND ADDED TO, ETC.... NOT READY TO UPLOAD!

Fungus is the likely culprit of problems in nearly all sinus sufferers. 96% of sinus sufferers have FUNGUS in their nose! (Source: Mayo Clinic).

Most sinus infections are either viral (acute sinus infections) or fungal (chronic sinus infections). Antibiotics kill bacteria but don't work on viruses. So if your doctor prescribes antibiotics, it will be a waste of money.

Surgery does squat for many sinus patients. But instead of cutting back, the mainstream is now pushing to get MORE patients into the Operating Room. (Source: Daily Dose)

What does work is N-Acetyl-Cysteine (NAC). This does detoxify and dissolve unhealthy, embedded mucus in your sinuses. One study showed that it starts working in only 30 minutes! NAC is even more powerful at clearing your sinuses when combined with probiotics. That's the good bacteria your gut has to have to digest your food properly. You can buy probotics without a prescription. (Underground Health Reporter).

A good home remedy if your sinus problem is still new or slight, is to drink apple cider vinegar (with the mother in it) and honey. One to two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, and half as much honey dissolved in a cup of hot water will alleviate the symptoms of inflammation and congestion. Take this daily to treat your sinus infection. (Source: Baba Health and Lifestyle).

You can also kill a sinus infection with Respiratory Relief, which you put into a nebulizer, and you breathe in the mist every couple of hours. (Source: Dr. Bruce West).

My P.S. I started drinking the apple cider vinegar in hot water some weeks ago because I read that it would help with losing weight. It didn't change my weight at all. However, the day I quit I had flatulence again. Then I read that it helps to make our body more akaline, which helps to clear up a gassy bowel. Furthermore, an alkaline body is more protected from cancer, so I went right back to my new habit, lickity-split!
