This theme addresses a wide range of considerations related to the responsible, ethical and compliant creation and use of data and AI: privacy, fairness and bias, transparency, accountability, security, human oversight and data governance.
This theme also explores compliance approaches and methods (tools, practices, etc.) supporting the implementation of one or more acts, taking into account compliance at different readiness levels (research -> innovation -> market) and the leverage of data (data-driven compliance) and AI tools (for automated compliance) towards achieving compliance.
