Trigger Wellness, Stability and Energy from the Soles Up

Do you know how to trigger wellness, stability and energy from the soles of your feet upward? Once you understand how the human body's nervous system is designed, it all makes obviously good sense.

The Creator has put into our bodies, as a default 'given', (unless something when seriously wrong during your gestation), a wonderful network of nerves that have an amazing organization. All your sensory nerve endings from the soles of your feet, and also from the tips of your fingers, take messages about everything that happens to you, up to the master control area in your brain. There the Central Nervous System (CNS), analyzes the information and just as promptly sends messages back to the affected body areas with instructions as to how to respond or cope.

These messages may be to keep your balance, to breathe, to adjust your posture, or your heart rate. They can tell you to brace yourself for a fight, or to run away and hide. Or, if you have been injured, it will inform you of the degree of pain, and depending on your past experiences, or knowledge of ways to deal with it. Your brain will make suggestions, which can range from, "just cradle that arm", or "suck on that scratch," to "pick up that dangling digit and RUSH to the nearest hospital."

Let's get back to those nerve endings in the feet. Most of us have been to a chiropractor; one who manipulates our bones to set them back in place, and that can go a long way to making us feel better. But how about a reflexologist? That is someone who had studied all the nerve endings in our feet, around the heels and up the calves of our legs. They can very deliberately massage the nerves in the various parts of a foot and can soon tell what other parts of our body or organs have some issues. The can tell this from the small lumps of salt crystals the feel at certain points, or nerve endings.

A reflexologist can also glance up at our faces, and can see us wince with some pain message our brain has already received to indicate that we have digestive problems, a pinched nerve in our neck, a kidney stone, or whatever. Many times, by just spending a few minutes working over that small spot of a nerve ending, they can dissolve the crystal deposited there, and the blood vessels will whisk them away to be taken to our kidneys and made ready for excretion.

This is one way our body copes temporarily with things it cannot handle; it sends salt crystals to the extremities, like our toes and finger joints. It is known as gout - or inflammation of joints. But taking medication and hobbling on crutches does not clear up those deposits. Those points need to be massaged so the veins will deliver those salts to our kidneys and hopefully our kidneys can process and pass them out through our urine.

Reflexologists like to charge for their time and expertise, which is only fair. What if, now you could have a sole to put in your shoes or boots, or even just a pair of socks to wear, that would keep on messaging those nerves in your feet. They could do that for hours on end. If they would keep breaking up those crystals, and active nerve endings for organs that need to be brought back to normal activity, then your health generally would improve, wouldn't it?

Guess what, I've been studying the Voxx HPT Neuo-Path to Wellness and Performance charts, and that is exactly what these socks and soles do!

For a thorough analysis and treatment, you should still see your favourite Reflexologist from time to time. We don't want to put them out of business! But every little bit helps, doesn't it?

I've been wearing my socks quite steadily now, since about February/March, when I was curious if they could handle a problem like shingles under my arm. (They cleared up about the same time the socks arrived). However, I do feel that they improve my balance and stability when I'm on my feet. So I wear them every day.

When I was walking with my neighbour, Rita, and did not wear the socks, my feet would tend to veer and run into her when I looked in her direction. Now, I can walk in a straight line, and she has her socks on too, and feels they give her strength and energy, especially when she cleans houses for elderly women all day.

May I suggest that you study this chart too? VoxxLife.com Click on Voxx Science and slide about half way down the page for the chart. It is quite fascinating!

Gratitude and Praise

I've had gratitude and praise on my mind a lot of late. It has a tremendous impact on our lives, and I don't see everyone realizing the benefits of this. Since our Canadian Thanksgiving weekend is next on the calendar, this seems to be a good time to bring this up.

The last two months have been extremely busy for me, as I've finished up a history book for a non-profit ministry or charity that I have volunteered and worked with for the last 18 years. The book covers all the previous 76 years and called for a lot of research, then the writing stage, and this year mainly the polishing as I did the layout work. But the pressure built up when our Board choose a date for the Celebration on October 13, and I knew that the book had to get to the printers in enough time to have a batch printed for that event. So I put in a number of extra late nights, and even an all-nighter the morning of the date when it had to be in the hands of the printer.

Through all this I have continued my practice of starting each day with a quiet, devotional time, in which I thank God for all that He has done and been for me in the past, and also naming the blessings I've seen in the last 24 hours. This gratitude session has done a lot for keeping me at peace inside, and able to cope and carry on even when the days are not long enough for all I need to do. Which has meant some sacrifices of my personal time for other projects.

Have you ever noticed that those who show gratitude seem to have more good things happen to them? They have more friends and acquaintances too, don't they? I feel that has been true in my life.

Besides, like any parent, God loves to hear expressions of gratitude from His children. You know when you've done things for your children, but how sweet it sounds to have them notice and thank you, right?

In the last month or so, a book has come into my hands as a gift, "31 Days of Praise" by Ruth Myers. Now I have a fresh appreciation for the power that praising God brings into our lives. In fact, it is far more powerful than trying to identify the evil forces at work in our lives, and squashing or kicking them out.

The Evil One, (Satan), used to to be the angel in charge of the angelic worship choirs in Heaven. Since he has been kicked out he has a severe allergy to praise to God. If you want to get rid of him, like when he is tempting you to do wrong, or when you are depressed with worry and anxiety - all you need to do it stop and praise God for every good thing You know about Him, and all He has done for You, and His precious promises in the Bible. That works wonderfully to get rid of the Tempter. You show gratitude and praise to God, and you cause the enemy of our souls to flee. He escapes so fast it will make you laugh with delight!

So I'm proposing that rather than just express thanksgiving one day a year, let's make it a daily practice. Or set two or three times a day to practice these good actions until they become natural habits.

A national Thanksgiving Day is fine for bringing family and friends together, let's take part heartily in them. However, for extra blessings in your personal life, give time every day to gratitude and praise! You will not be sorry.
