This would also consider the scalability and sustainability of such federations.<\/li>\n<li>Exploit the <strong>possibilities of quantum computing<\/strong> in terms of capacity, efficiency and energy consumption, with real applications in EU-relevant sectors.<\/li>\n<li>Extend <strong>interoperability<\/strong> efforts at EU level (references, frameworks, standards) to cover the specificities of the continuum (heterogeneity of resources, lack of specific standards, end-to-end connectivity, new dimensions of interoperability, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Work on <strong>end-to-end<\/strong> efficiency, resilience, security and data protection.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver specific <strong>instruments to enable the scalability<\/strong> of the continuum while considering the alignment with data and AI pipelines, workflows, and lifecycles.
